Our clothing is made from premium materials including 100% cotton, cotton blends, and other high-quality fabrics. We prioritize comfort, durability, and sustainability in our material selection.

How should I care for my Konjo Apparel clothing?

To keep your Konjo Apparel items looking their best:

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Use non-chlorine bleach when needed
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Iron inside out on low heat if necessary, avoiding any printed areas

Do you have size guides?

Yes, we have detailed size guides for each of our clothing items. You can find the size guide link on each product page to help you choose the right fit. We also recommend sizing up if you want a more baggy vintage look.

  • International: 7-21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual times may vary. Insufficient funds may also delay your order from the estimated shipping times listed and result in it being placed on hold.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@konjoapparel.com with your order number, image proof if applicable, and the reason for the return.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76119.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to better track your orders, save your shipping information, and receive exclusive offers!

Can I find your products in physical stores?

Currently, Konjo Apparel is available exclusively online through our website. Stay tuned for updates on any upcoming pop-up shops or retail partnerships.

Can you do customized print products?

Yes, we can. Please email Support@konjoapparel.com for customized product inquiries. Please note that an immediate confirmation response may not be possible, depending on current print demand. Your order will only be processed once we verify your request with a “[Customization] Confirmation Number #-,” provided via email correspondence, and send you a mockup for review. After we agree on the product details, pricing, and design, your customized product will be delivered within 3-7 business days. Thank you for your time and patience.
